Andrea Williams has been an advocate for women and children
for twenty+ years, working with organizations that promote
the wellbeing of children and their families who may be at
risk. Ms. Williams is currently a Health Services Administrator
with the Maryland Prison Systems. Ms. Williams is currently
volunteering with the internationally recognized “Girls
on the Run”, a twelve week after school program that
is a non profit prevention program that is a life changing
character development program for girls 8-12 through a combination
of running, lessons and community service. At the completion
of this program girls have acquired increased self-esteem
skills and are able to run a 5k race.
Ms. Williams is in
the process of launching a full service consulting practice,
which will specialize in workshops, seminars, coaching and
programming for teenagers and young adult women to assist
them with finding their purpose and passion. As an active
member of the professional Women’s Network (PWN), Ms.
Williams specializes in Women’s Issues, Entrepreneurship
and leadership training. Ms. Williams is available for workshops,
seminars, keynote addresses, speaking engagements and organizational
coaching within the United States and abroad for corporations,
organizations, schools, churches and small businesses.
