Linda Cole Patterson, President/CEO of Linda A. Cole & Associates (LACA), is a Computer Information Systems graduate of DeVry University and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. LACA, formed in July 2004, was founded upon Linda's divine calling to and passion for teaching women. In 2003, Linda obtained her teaching certification from The Professional Woman Network (PWN), qualifying her to train women in professional development.

For approximately four years, Linda taught business-related courses at Malcolm X College – Westside Learning Center in Chicago, IL. Her tenure at Malcolm X included instruction in the areas of Professional Development and Business Etiquette.

Linda is a member of PWN, the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), as well as the Chicago Chapter National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) and serves as a mentor for the Leaders of Tomorrow Program.

Linda is a co-author for the book "Learning To Love Yourself", released in January 2009. The book focuses self-esteem enhancement with Linda specifically teaching on the importance of regular self-inventory. Linda's second book "B…Is For Behind", provides transparency into Linda's personal life and her journey as an overachiever; released March 2012.

Linda is available to provide mentoring sessions, small group sessions, and conferences for both women and teenagers, focused on Business Etiquette, Goal Achievement, and Self-Esteem Enhancement.
