Linda Cole, President/CEO of Linda A. Cole & Associates (LACA), is a Computer Information Systems graduate of DeVry University and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management – DeVry University with a concentration in Human Resources. LACA, formed in July 2004, was founded upon Linda’s divine calling to and a passion for teaching women. In 2003, Linda obtained her teaching certification from The Professional Woman Network (PWN), qualifying her to train women in professional development.

LACA’s mission is to maximize the woman’s potential. Its vision is to become a well recognized business in the industry of professional development, specifically dedicated to the needs of women. The business is grounded in three values, which serve as the foundation for its growth and success: 1) Compassion - A genuine approach to initiating change in the lives of others and without judgment, 2) Excellence - A demonstrated commitment to exceptional service honed by a spirit of excellence, and 3) Integrity - Services that are bound by sound ethics and morals.

Having over 18 years of management experience, Linda is also an Information Technology Director for a major healthcare organization in the Chicagoland area. In addition to managing technical staff, she heads up the Education Program and is responsible for global IT Marketing and Communications. For approximately four years, Linda taught business-related courses at Malcolm X College – Westside Learning Center in Chicago, IL. Her tenure at Malcolm X included instruction in the areas of Professional Development and Business Etiquette.

Linda Cole is available to provide mentoring sessions, small group seminars, and conferences for both adult women and teenagers focused on Business Etiquette, Professional Development, and Self-Esteem Enhancement.
