Mike Coleman is President of the Mike Coleman Institute, a resource organization dedicated to improving the professional, personal, and family life of men. Mike is an active supporter of the National Fatherhood Initiative (NFI). The mission of the NFI is “To improve the well-being of children by increasing the proportion of children growing up with involved, responsible, and committed fathers.”

In 2002 Mike attended a seminar on Wellness led by Linda Ellis Eastman. The information offered was so powerful; he decided to join the group. Mr. Coleman went on to become PWN certified on Diversity Issues, Professional Presentation Skills, and Women’s Wellness. Mike has used the unique perspectives and insights gained from PWN to better understand the relationship dynamics between men and women.

Inspired by the work of PWN and NFI, Coleman is developing Retaildad.com a web based resource for men in the retail industry.
