Ms. Gill is the founder of Network Technology Inc. (NTI), an 8(a) certified business establishment under the auspices of the U.S. Small Business Administration. NTI's core competencies are professional and personal development, contracts management, business development, and management consulting. Ms. Gill is a Certified Diversity Trainer. Before starting her company, Ms. Gill held corporate management positions for several companies over the span of 35 years. Currently, she serves as President of NTI, a member of the Professional Woman Network (PWN), the Professional Woman Speakers Bureau, the National Association of Female Executives, the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, the National Civil Rights Museum, the Memphis Botanic Gardens, and the Advisory Board of ITT Technology Institute. Eddye's company's motto, "Committed to the Highest Level of Excellence", is indicative of her passion to excel in all of her endeavors.
