Dr Rayford E. Malone currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Greater New Hope Baptist Church as well as a Prison Chaplain in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

His ministry is designed to bring the integrity and leadership back into the broken areas of the family unit. He seeks to improve the spiritual, professional, personal, and family life of men as he shows them a better pathway as they seek to change a generation. His goal has always been to train the next generation of leaders inside and outside the Church.

With over fifteen years of ministry training and ten years of correctional service Dr Malone has proven to be and leader in both the Secular and Christian Worlds. He has the reasonability of overseeing the spiritual health of 3000 incarcerated offenders as well as leading a local congregation of believers. In His time of leadership He has been trained in areas of church administration, developing church leadership, building ministry staffing, church budgets, church counseling, and resolving Church Conflict.

Rayford is a two-time graduate of Dallas Baptist University in Dallas Texas. He holds a BA in Christian Ministry and Business, a Master's degree in Leadership and a doctorate from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
