Mrs. McCarver is the President and primary consultant of Viva McCarver & Associates a personal and professional development company, designed to help individuals achieve a higher level of excellence. The Company provides professional development training sessions that can be custom tailored and presented as a complete training module or separated into shorter specific components. Each series will bring individuals closer to achieving personal confidence and a professional image.

Mrs. McCarver holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and she has over 14 years of experience in the area of Human Resource Management. She is also a co-author in the book titled: Women as Leaders.

She is a firm believer that success starts from within so it is imperative to have the necessary skills developed on the inside in order to shine on the outside. Her enthusiasm, excitement and dedication helps in her ability to assist individuals and businesses achieve their personal and organizational objectives. She is committed to mentoring and developing the skills of women, young adults and youth.

Mrs. McCarver is available to present seminars and workshops to schools, churches, organizations and individuals on a local and national basis.
