As a successful motivational speaker, writer, and Training Consultant, Tonya has been commended for playing a major part in changing the lives of both young men and women locally and nationally.

Tonya has worked with women from all over, sharing her personal and professional guidance through one-on-one coaching, seminars and workshops. She is a Certified Youth Trainer, Certified Professional Speaker, and Certified Training Consultant in Diversity and Women's Issues.

Tonya is the President and CEO of LifeStyle Image Consultant, LLC an International Image Consulting Organization that provides direction in the area of professional development to adolescents, young women and mature women who want to improve their personal image for success. She is also a member of the Professional Woman Network (PWN) the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She is a contributing author for the book, The Young Man’s Guide for Personal Success. Tonya has over 15 years of experience working in Corporate America and over 10 years in fashion retail. She previously owned a women’s fashion boutique in Chicago. She has attended the Illinois Institute of Art, studied fashion design, and attended Pivot Point International Cosmetology School to gain a greater understanding of hair, nails, and skincare. She received her degree in Business Administration from Indiana Institute of Technology.
