Tuesday Tate is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vision Focus Consulting Group (VFCG) a personal, professional, social and spiritual development and training firm. As a Transition Coach, she combines her spiritual and professional corporate training and expertise to help train, develop and coach organizations, ministries, churches and individuals in defining, developing and documenting their purpose and vision. Using a certified and proven personality and/or spiritual assessment method, she helps take her clients From idea To dream To vision To reality while helping them find their TRUE "why" and "what" thus moving them From where they are To where they desire and were created to be. Coaching services are available for adults and youth, one-on-one and groups.

An ordained Minister, Tuesday, holds a Masters Degree in Theology from North Carolina College of Theology and will receive her Doctorate in Philosophy in 2013. Prior to receiving her Master's Ms. Tate earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information System, with a concentration in Business Management from Wilberforce University in Wilberforce, OH.

Ms. Tate has been Certified as a Coach, Personality and Spiritual Assessment Trainer, Life Skills Facilitator and Drug Prevention Specialist. With over twenty years of experience in youth and women's life skills programming, she teaches and trains youth and adults in character, business, professional and social skill etiquette.

A regularly sought after and called upon keynote and motivation speaker, teacher and preacher to vast and diverse audiences, she brings the message of H.I.V. (Hope, Identity, Value) and the victory of living life on purpose. Tuesday is available on a national and international basis for keynote opportunities, workshops, retreats, conferences and seminars for organizations, churches, schools, colleges, businesses and corporations. Ms. Tate has conducted and facilitated numerous training programs and workshops in the public and private sectors for small and large organizations.
