Lisa E. Van Essen-Vinton, President and founder of Services
for Success, Inc., has been providing overall business operations
support to a variety of companies and industries since 1990.
She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Administration
with an emphasis in Human Resource and Finance. She
graduated from the University of Phoenix with honors and a
3.94 GPA.
Lisa has mastered the art of diversity and growth in new,
small and medium-sized businesses. She is well-versed
in all areas of administration, human resources, risk management,
labor law compliance, finance, contract negotiations, facilities
management, contract labor, and professional business writing.
She was instrumental in the inception and development of several
corporations, including MBE/DBE firm, partnerships, C- &
S-Corporations, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
She has served as Chief Operating Officer for several of these
corporations. She was responsible for the daily business
activities, professional development, and client relations.
Lisa acted as a liaison between company owners and their attorneys,
accountants, bankers, landlords and insurance specialists.
Lisa has been providing corporate training for over 10 years
and she is a certified trainer with Professional Woman Network
in Women's Issues, Human Resources and Diversity in the Workplace.
Lisa has always had a heart for serving the community and
participates in several leadership roles, including founding
and directing the Southwest Pregnancy counseling Center, Inc.

a non-profit organization to educate and support teens during
a crisis pregnancy. She has also served as a surrogate mother
for two couples. Lisa is passionate about family, business
and community. She and her husband, Scott, are the parents
of five children. |
