Barbara A. Williams, President of BM&L enterprises, LLC founded the company in 2007 to fulfill her divine purpose of helping individuals to bring forth their inner gifts for success. Her training is based on the principle that the foundation of Love is the key to success. She teaches that if your business or personal life is rooted in love—that you hold the key to unlock the door to the universe, thereby tapping into your inner gift for success.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management and a Masters of Arts Degree in Psychology Counseling. She also holds certifications in both “Youth” and “Life Coaching”. Barbara retired in January 2007 from the public sector with 30+ years of exemplary service. The 30+ years of service took Barbara to highest level of certification in the field of government contracts-- that of a Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant. The role as Contracting Officer--- crossing both public and private sector—further solidified Barbara’s knowledge of business and people.

Subsequent to leaving the federal government, Barbara provided commendable service to trouble youth in the role of a school based counselor. Her innovative approach to counseling youth brought about noteworthy positive change for many of the youth.

Currently, Barbara is working as an independent contractor-- providing expertise in the field of contract acquisitions. She continues to conduct youth and family coaching.

As one-- with great passion to bring out the inner best in others-- Barbara is available for workshops, seminars, group, and individual coaching sessions-- for ones’ personal, business, or spiritual growth.
